In addition to plastic, BOCK now offers the additional option of aluminium components. Few chair companies offer a combination of plastic and aluminium parts, making BOCK a valuable partner in complete chair developments.
Microprocessors supervise the fully automated production; extraction and spray robots can guarantee the constant hight quality and number of shots.
Great priority within the factory is given to many different surface treatments. These options include tumbling, polishing, shot preening, grinding, buffing, sand blasting, and powder coating. This insures not only a quality chair, but also a presentable, good-looking chair.
Today we have 10 die casting machines with locking pressures from 320 to 1.600 tons. Working hours are 24 hours a day on 7 days a week in 4 shifts.
