Modern Tool Factory at Bock
Within the tool factory, the CAD/CAM technology is completely integrated into the networking HSC milling machines. These machines have milling paths of 2000 mm x 1800 mm x 1100 mm and up to 5 axis as well as an automated changing of the standard (8 RPM) and high frequency milling spindles (40 RPM).
By use of high speed milling or portal erosion machines within basin of dimensions of 1000 mm x 1500 mm we are able to produce tools for free forming surfaces of up to 10 tons. In addition to the facilities mentioned above a second tool factory is located in Hungary, which is highly competitive within the general tooling market.
