By introducing an environmental management system, environmental protection is maintained at a high standard.
- Compliance with environmental requirements and other commitments to environmental protection is our minimum standard. New or changed requirements are checked at an early stage in relation to their location relevance and assessed to ensure their timely implementation within the company.
- We develop our environmental performance continuously. As a basis for this process, we regularly analyze our environmental aspects and infer necessary actions.
- To support this continuous improvement process (CIP), the optimization of environmental performance is planned in an environmental program, and resulting measures are implemented.
- We consider environmental performance of products already during development as well as during production. Our goal is to produce and to introduce quality products that meet the demands of our customers in terms of environmental compatibility, safety and quality.
- Our suppliers and service providers are involved in the site-related environmental standards as part of our environmental policy.
- We promote environmental awareness among our employees with the goal of an active contribution of each employee to continuous improvement of environmental protection. To fulfill our responsibility, we inform, qualify and motivate all employees according to their responsibilities for environmental protection.
